FForgeWorks

Support

Talk to a person

One address, read by the person who builds ForgeWorks. There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no account you need to log into first.

Two ways to reach us

Email — start here

support@billmate.site

Best for anything with detail: a licence that will not activate, a schedule that calculates something you did not expect, a bug, a refund, or a correction to this site. Written detail is what makes the first reply a useful one rather than a request for more information.

WhatsApp — for anything urgent

Message us on WhatsApp

Best when you are mid-bid and blocked — a licence stuck on the device limit the afternoon a tender is due. Please send your licence key in the first message so the answer can come straight back rather than after a round of questions.

One address, two products. support@billmate.site is the support desk for both ForgeWorks and BillMate, which are built by the same person. A billmate.site address on a ForgeWorks page is deliberate, not a mistake — you have written to the right place.

What to have ready

You do not need all of this, but the more of it in your first message, the fewer round trips before the problem is fixed.

Never send us a card number, a bank detail or a password. Support will never ask for one. A licence key and an order reference are all that is ever needed to sort out a purchase.

How quickly we reply

Within one working day, and usually the same day. Monday to Friday, West Africa Time (UTC+1). A message sent on Saturday is generally answered on Monday.

ForgeWorks is a small operation and that is the honest number rather than an aspirational one. If something is genuinely blocking a bid, say so in the subject line or the first WhatsApp message and it goes to the front of the queue.

Things you can fix in a minute, without writing

What you are seeingWhat it usually is
"This license is already active on 3 devices" The key is on its three devices. A device that has not opened ForgeWorks for 60 days releases its place by itself, so a replaced laptop usually needs no message at all. Write in if you need the place back sooner — you do not need to buy a second licence.
Projects gone after clearing the browser ForgeWorks stores your work on your own device, so clearing site data removes it. Restore from a JSON export if you have one. Installing the app to your home screen is what stops a browser clearing it out on its own.
Activation fails on a new device Activation needs a connection the first time. After that it runs offline indefinitely.
A number you think is wrong Send it — a bar mark, the dimensions and what you expected. Calculation corrections are published rather than argued about, and the measurements behind the optimiser are already open.

The FAQ covers plans, offline use, licences and what ForgeWorks deliberately does not do.
